Introduction

This module introduces students to several important concepts and techniques in analysing consumer data using quantitative marketing research techniques to answer marketing problems. The aim of the module is develop students’ interest and skills that enable them to manage, interpret and use marketing information. The module will also improve students’ oral and written communication and team work building skills, of which are key aspects of successful marketing research.
